The Data Room is a secure, centralized repository that stores comprehensive marketing data, including historical information, creative insights, and industry benchmarks.

The platform's AI performs semantic analysis to build comprehensive company, consumer and product profiles from the uploaded data to store this as a context. The analysis is used for further strategic work.

Step 1: Access the Data Room

After setting up your workspace, navigate to the left menu and click on the Data Room button. This will take you to the area where you can add and manage your marketing data.

Step 2: Upload Data From Your Device

The Data Room allows you to upload a variety of file types, including PDFs, Word documents, audio files, and videos. These files can contain important business details, audience insights, past campaigns, and more.

To add a file, simply drag and drop it onto the Data Room page. The file will then be added to the "Added" section, where it will load and be ready for use.

Let's look at what types of assets you can upload:

  • 🌐 Website links: Include links to your pages—whether it's your homepage, landing pages, or key product pages. Tailor this based on the campaign at hand.

  • ✏️ Write or paste a description: Briefly describe your business’s mission and what you aim to achieve.

  • 📁 Upload files: Upload textual and visual documents (TXT, DOCX, PPTX, CSV, PDF), such as sales decks, blog posts, or product briefs, that encapsulate what your business does.

  • 🎙️Add recordings: Insert files (MPEG, MP4, MOV, AVI) to convey your business’s voice, focus areas, and recent highlights.

  • ▶️ Upload content from YouTube: Link to relevant YouTube content (videos or channels) that showcases your business, products, or services.

  • 💾 Upload content from Dropbox: Share diverse materials from Dropbox, including campaign plans, educational materials, or strategic documents.

Supported formats: URL, TXT, DOCX, PPTX, CSV, PDF, MPEG, MP3, MP4, MOV, AVI, MD

Step 3: Adding Data From the Web

In addition to file uploads, the Data Room also allows you to add website URLs, make notes, share YouTube links, and even record audio directly within the platform. You can also import files from Dropbox for added convenience.

To add a link or other type of data, simply click on the "Add Data" button in the top right corner and select the file you want to add.

If you add a website URL, the AI will automatically search for subpages and provide you with the option to select which ones you want to add. This contextual information can be extremely useful for your marketing strategies.

Step 4: Viewing Uploaded Documents

Once your documents are uploaded, you can easily view them by clicking on each file. You'll also notice a folder called "chunks" and "summary," which means that the AI has processed your data.
