AI outcomes depend directly on the quality of the data you provide.
To help the AI generate results tailored to your business, you can easily add your own data to the whiteboard. This can include documents, files, websites, or other assets that provide valuable context.
Here are 3 simple ways to add your data:
1️⃣ Move Files from the Data Room Using the AI Agents Toolbar
💡 Useful when you're reusing assets across projects or standardizing inputs.
If you've already uploaded documents to your Workspace’s Data Room, you can quickly move them into a whiteboard:
Inside your whiteboard, click the expanding icon to see all AI Agents.
Navigate down to the Data Room section to view all your uploaded data.
Choose from your previously uploaded materials (PDFs, Docs, presentations, etc.) by clicking in the '+' button
The file will appear as a dedicated node ready to be referenced in the strategy.
2️⃣ Drag and Drop Files Directly From Your Computer
💡 Great for quick uploads when working live.
No need to upload separately to the Data Room first.
Just drag any file (PDF, Word, CSV, etc.) from your desktop directly into the whiteboard.
The system will automatically store it in the Data Room and place it inside the whiteboard as a node.
3️⃣ Paste URLs of Public Websites or Profiles
⚠️ Make sure the page is public and doesn’t require login access.
Want the AI Agent to use a webpage, social media profile, or product page as input?
Just copy the URL of the page.
Paste it directly into the whiteboard.
It will appear as a link node and the AI can read its content to inform strategy and execution steps.
Why Adding Data Matters
AI Agents use the context from your files and links to tailor strategies, messages, and creative assets to your brand. By adding the right inputs early, you’ll improve the relevance, accuracy, and depth of your output across the entire workflow.
