Step-by-Step: Launching a Template
This guide shows you how to get up and running in minutes using ready-to-go whiteboards tailored to common marketing needs.
1. Create or Open a Whiteboard
Go to the Projects section from the main dashboard.
Either select an existing whiteboard or click 'Add Whiteboard' to start fresh.
2. Choose 'Workflow Templates'
Inside your whiteboard, click the expanding icon to see all AI Agents.
Select 'Workflow Templates' from the available options.
3. Browse Available Templates
You’ll see a curated library of whiteboards for specific use cases, such as:
Commercial photography
Ad creatives generator
SEO topical map
Instagram copy & visuals
YouTube video to blog post
Click on any template to get a full overview of what it’s designed to help you accomplish. You’ll also see which AI agents are used and examples of execution results.
If you’re interested in testing it for your brand, click 'Use this template'.
4. Customize Your Template
Once you select a template, it will automatically populate your whiteboard with each predefined step.
To start executing and seeing results, go to the first set of nodes of the whiteboard and follow the instructions to add your contextual data—such as audience, website, product, or objective—so the AI can personalize the output accordingly.
Example:

To do this:
Completing these fields ensures your workflow is customized and aligned with the results you're aiming for.
5. Start Generating Your Nodes
After you've entered your contextual information in the initial steps, you're ready to move into execution.
Click 'Generate' on each node to start producing results. The whiteboard is designed to work from left to right, with each completed step unlocking the next.
💡 Tip: Want a faster first run? Click Generate on the last node of the whiteboard. This will automatically trigger all the dependent steps needed to produce the final output—saving you time on your first execution.
(Note: This shortcut only works the first time you run a template.)
Final Output
When your whiteboard is complete, you'll have a result aligned with the brand details you added in the first nodes.
These initial inputs serve as the foundation for generating all the following steps—ensuring consistency across strategy, content, and creative assets.
