Decided Digital First AI isn't for you at the moment? Follow these steps to cancel your subscription, trial, or completely remove your account.
How to cancel your subscription or trial
Log in to your Digital First AI account
Head over to "Plans & Billing" settings
Look for the "Cancel Subscription" button and click on it
Confirm your cancellation when prompted
What happens after you cancel
🫰 If you're on a paid plan, your account will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle. For instance, if your yearly plan started on August 12, 2024, and you cancel on October 5, 2024, your account will remain active until August 12, 2025. There will be no further charges after cancellation. But know that we'll miss you!
As far as refunds go, there's a 14-day refund policy.
🆓 Canceling during your free trial? We'll deactivate your account, and it won't convert into a paid subscription.
How to delete your account
If you need to delete your Digital First AI account altogether, here's how to do it:
Log in to Digital First AI
Navigate to "Personal Data" settings
Scroll down and click on "Delete account":
Confirm the removal of your account. This is your last step!
⚠️ Heads-up! Once you confirm, there's no turning back. Your account and all related data, such as tactics, funnels, teams, will be gone for good. Double-check for any important data in your Digital First AI account before proceeding with deletion.
