Make payments
You can use your credit or debit card for payments. We work with Stripe to make sure it's safe. For faster payments, you can go with Link - simple, one click payments.
Purchasing as a business
Buying for your business? Select "I'm purchasing as a business" (pic above)๐ to get invoices for your company.
Currency
We accept payments in USD.
VAT charges
Letโs break down how VAT (tax type) applies, based on your location and status:
Within the EU? It varies:
Legal entities (Companies): Exempt from VAT (not subject).
Individuals: Subject to a 23% VAT
In Poland? Both legal entities and individuals are charged a 23% VAT
Outside the EU? No VAT charged, regardless of your status
๐๏ธ And if you ever need to adjust your billing info, it's no big deal โ you can do it at any point.
Get invoices
We automatically issue invoices right after each payment. To download or view your invoices, follow these steps:
Log in your Digital First AI account.
Click the two dots in the bottom-left, select "Account Settings," navigate to "Plans & Billing," and click "Manage Subscription" in Stripe. Here's a quick link to "Plans & Billing".
Once there, scroll down to "Invoice History." Here, you can either view or download your invoices:
๐จ Additionally, we send invoices directly to your billing email address immediately after every payment.
Update billing details
Looking to change your credit card, billing email, invoice info, or more? It's AI-mazingly simple!
Access "Plans & Billing" as described above.
Instead of looking for invoice history, select "Update Information" to modify your billing email or invoice details:
Choose "Update Payment Method" if you're changing your credit card:
Billing cycle
At the beginning of each billing cycle, we'll bill you upfront on your regular charge date, which is set by your join date. You won't find any hidden charges with usโwhat you see is what you get.
