Digital First AI subscription plans are tailored to fit a variety of needs, each coming with its own allocation of seats, AI credits, and more. Want to know more about what each plan has to offer before you make the switch?
How to upgrade
Enjoying Digital First AI and looking for even more functionality? Here's the quick path to upgrading your subscription:
Navigate to Account Settings -> Plans and Billing
Hit the blue "Manage Subscription" button 👆 to access Stripe, our secure payment provider
Choose "Update Plan" in Stripe:
Choose the new plan that fits your growing needs, click "Select" and follow the on-screen instructions:
🎉 And just like that, you're all set with more features!
How to downgrade
Understandably, needs change, and so might your Digital First AI subscription!
To switch your plan to a lower plan, just like upgrading, head to Account Settings -> Plans and Billing, then Manage Subscription in Stripe. The only difference is, select a lower-tier plan that fits your new needs.
☝️ And remember, you can always flip back to a higher/lower plan at any point. Your subscription, your rules.
