Which tactics are editable
You can tweak any tactic you like. The requirement? It must be added to your profile first.
Tactics
To add a tactic from "Tactics" to your profile, jump into “Tactics”, pick one you’re interested in, hit “Copy to my profile”, and then click "Edit" to be able to edit it:

Editing options
Once you've selected a tactic and pressed "Edit," you're ready to dive into customized edits. Here’s what’s editable:
Name, preview image, description
📝 You can customize the tactic name, preview image, and description to better reflect your strategy. Like turning "Gated Landing Page Tactic" into a "Workout Checklist Landing Page":
"About tactic" properties
The defaults are spot-on for general use, but if you have a different vision, here’s what’s customizable:
🎢 Funnel Step and Segment: Originally set to best fit typical funnel stages - awareness, consideration, conversion (acquisition), loyalty - perfect for targeted campaign planning
💰 Budget: Indicate if it's a paid strategy or if no budget is necessary
🌐 Category: Pre-assigned to sectors, but you can select a different category, like #ecommerce or #B2B, and much more, for easier identification
🏆 Effect: You can edit specific outcomes, whether it's lead generation, traffic increase, reach extension, engagement drive, sales uplift, and much more
🎓 Level of advancement needed: Ensure it matches the expertise available in your team
🔄 Type: You can change the nature of the tactic - one-off, evergreen, cyclic, a challenge, know-how, or a framework, becoming visible once added to a funnel.
Activities (steps)
🎛️ "Activities" is your control center for customization. This is where you can really make each tactic your own and change the most important aspects; steps and activities needed to complete the tactic:

a) Rearranging, duplicating, and removing activities
🔄️ Drag and drop: Need to reorder the steps to fit your workflow better? Simply drag and drop activities to rearrange them as you see fit.
➕ ❌ Add, remove, duplicate activities: Got an extra step in mind? Add new activities with ease. If something doesn’t apply to your strategy, you can remove it just as quickly.
b) Changing activity descriptions
📖 You can tailor activity descriptions to fit your project with a rich text and file editor.
Embed images, videos, and links to make instructions vivid and engaging for your team.
💡 For instance, for the "Gated Hero Section" step, you could refine the description to directly reference, say.... just a quick example, "Full Body Workout First Steps Checklist."
You could detail that this step will craft a compelling heading and supportive content. Something that spotlights the checklist as a key resource for those starting their fitness journey:
c) Adjust activity types
🗃️ Tailor the tactic by selecting the most relevant activity type for each step, from options like Content Creation, Website Optimization, Social Media Management, and more.
This ensures each step aligns with the specific actions your team needs to take.
d) Benchmarks
📊 Enhance your tactic by adding benchmarks. This can include adding a link to a competitor's successful campaign, a relevant case study, or some other creative files and guidelines. Benchmarks provide a standard you and your team can aim for!

e) Assets
🌐 Assets give your activities context, detailing the specifics of each step. Telling you what kind of content you'll be creating with each activity. For instance, if the activity is about creating content for your website, you can select assets like "Navbar," "Footer," or "Hero section":
Metrics
🔢 Metrics let you gauge the success of your tactics. Say you're running a tactic like "7 Onboarding Email hacks". You could then monitor the Click-Through Rate (CTR) to understand engagement over your defined time frame.
You can choose from an extensive list of metrics for different campaign's performance areas—track Conversion Rate (CR) for lead-to-sale ratios, Average Time Spent on Page for content engagement, and so much more.
Saving and Sharing
Finished editing a tactic? Take the 'SEO Organic Traffic Calculator' tactic—say you've just tweaked its parameters for a more targeted approach.
Whenever you're done with the edits, Click "Save" in the upper-right corner:
