Where to find tactics

You'll find tactics in several spots within Digital First AI.

  1. After you create a funnel and train the AI on your business with custom data (like completing a business statement, adding custom files and links), you'll see a goldmine of "Recommended Tactics" in your Funnel dashboard:

  2. You can add these tactics to various stages of your "Marketing funnel"–awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty—to match your needs:

  3. Itching for more? Head over to the "Tactics" section from the left menu. It's a collection of over 370 tactics, sortable by difficulty, budget, outcome, and more

    From this point, you can either directly add tactics to your funnel or save them in the "My Tactics" folder for future reference:

Step-by-step tactic completion with prompts

  • Each tactic in Digital First AI comes with clear, step-by-step instructions

  • To work on a tactic, first you need to add it to your funnel

  • Tactics feature customizable prompts for quick completion and useful resources
