Get Started with Flows Using Pre-Made Templates

Crafting a stellar marketing strategy can feel like navigating a labyrinth. From understanding your customer to crafting captivating messages, every step demands meticulous focus. 😵‍💫 How can you ensure consistent high-quality outputs while keeping everything on track? The answer is Flows.

Think of a Flow as a roadmap. With interconnected AI prompts, it guides your team through every stage of your strategy. No more scrambling to remember what comes next! Digital First AI Flows keep everyone organized and on the same page, saving you precious working hours.

Building your marketing workflow involves three key steps:

Step 1: Train your data

Start by providing the system with essential information about your business. This data forms the foundation for your marketing efforts as our AI learns more about your business to generate personalized results.

To train the AI, you need to either create a new funnel or edit an existing one.

Look for the three dots icon in the upper-right corner of your funnel's page and click "Edit."

You’ll be taken directly to the Funnel Settings where you can click on Training Data to add or edit your business information.

💁‍♂️ Each piece of information you share is a building block shaping how the AI understands and supports your marketing efforts.

After you’ve provided the AI with all the necessary info, select "Save and Exit" to wrap up the process.


Step 2: Generate Business and Marketing Canvases

Return to your default funnel and select "Canvases" to generate a roadmap for mapping out business plans and marketing strategies in a clear, visual format, from Business Model to SEO Strategy Canvases. You’ll be able to reference all the generated canvases in the Flows section for more personalized results.

Click on the canvas that interests you and press "Generate with AI."

Once you’re satisfied with the contents of a specific canvas, click "Save" to lock in your view.

👉 Make sure the "Company Research Canvas" is generated as it serves as the first input for kickstarting with Flows.


Step 3: Start Creating Your Flows

Click on the "Flows Library" to see all the available templates and press the play button to start a new Flow.

Write a name for your Flow and click "Generate" to be redirected to a Notion-like page document with AI capabilities.

Your Flow contains two views that you can switch between by clicking the two icons in the top right corner. The first view is for creating and editing the prompts you’ll use, and the second is for generating results for these prompts.

First View: Create and Edit the Prompts

In the first view, you’ll notice a series of pre-made prompts that you can customize. Click "Configure" to edit a prompt.

A new tab will appear with two editing options: selecting the Generative Model and editing the prompt.

Generative Models:

  • CHATGPT-4: For complex and nuanced content generation, detailed brainstorming sessions, advanced problem-solving, and creative tasks. Ideal for sophisticated and context-aware responses.

  • CHATGPT-3.5: For general content creation, routine conversational tasks, basic problem-solving, and brainstorming. Suitable for straightforward tasks.

  • CHATGPT-4.O: Optimized content creation balancing speed and complexity, ideal for slightly more advanced needs.

  • WEBSITE RESEARCH: Extracts and summarizes information from specific websites. Best for pulling accurate data and insights from the web.

  • RESEARCHER: Accesses up-to-date information and latest trends. Ideal for content requiring current data and insights.

  • DALL-E 3: Creates unique and custom images based on text descriptions. Perfect for visual content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.

  • STABLE DIFFUSION: Generates high-quality, detailed images. Ideal for producing professional-grade visuals with a distinctive style.

  • COPY WITHOUT CHANGE: Pulls information directly from Digital First AI Canvases without modifications.

After selecting the optimal Generative Model, edit the prompt as you prefer. Use # to refer to previously generated information (make sure the information is under Heading 1, 2, or 3) and @ to refer to any generated canvases.

👉 Referring to previously generated information in the Flows or a Canvas ensures that your prompt reads that content, resulting in more personalized results.

After editing your prompt, click "Save Changes" to update the prompt information.

Repeat this process for the entire Flow if needed. You can also add new prompts and pieces of information by clicking /.

Second View: Generate the Results

Switch to the Generative view by selecting an option in the top right corner. Click "Generate" for each specific prompt or "Generate all" to start receiving results to the prompts on autopilot.

The result is a completed workflow with information specific to your business. Navigate through the table of contents to access information more easily.

To edit the language, format, color, or any other detail of the document, select the fragment you want to edit and choose among the available text editing options.
