How to create funnels
🎛️ Funnels in Digital First AI are your campaign and marketing strategy management centers.
💡 They assist you in creating AI-powered marketing strategies, exploring tactics, navigating tactic funnel stages, and generating business canvases. Each funnel can be campaign or business-specific.
Here's how to create funnels:
Head over to 'All Funnels' from the left menu, then hit the blue "+" button, or simply use this direct link to create a funnel
Give the funnel a custom, business or campaign-specific title, like "Health Campaign Kickstart":
(Optional) 👆 You can tag the funnel for your internal tracking. Feel free to label it as you wish
(Optional) You can add an icon to give a visual touch to your project
(Optional) Loop in your team for collaborative campaign and strategy building!
Once done, hit "Save" in the upper-right corner:

You'll train the AI with your business specifics. For AI to craft marketing recommendations just for you, give it details about your business.
Training means providing URLs (required) to your website's main page or specific pages like landing pages, product pages, or blog articles. This lets you educate the AI on your unique offerings. You can provide just one or multiple URLs.
Plus, you can upload custom files like .pdfs, videos, whitepapers to sharpen its training (optional).

Nicely done! After giving the AI the information on your business, just click "Generate" in the upper-right corner.
You'll be directed to the AI strategy screen, ready to access each part of the funnel and get down to strategizing and creating.

AI Training
🔗 The AI Training tab (accessible via the "Edit Funnel" settings) is where you train the AI on your business data, so it can make tailor-made recommendations and pick out the right tactics.
By feeding the AI with specifics about your business—think web links to your homepage or product pages, along with custom files that outline your brand and offerings—it begins generating marketing strategies and canvases that are truly yours!
AI Strategy
🔗 In the AI Strategy tab, you get access to marketing strategies custom-built for your business.
This is where the AI removes the heavy research part from your marketing planning!
You'll get results based on the unique content about your business you’ve fed into the system—like links or custom files.
This section offers a breakdown into crucial marketing aspects such as your ideal audience, effective channels, content direction, execution plans, and more.
Canvases tab
🔗 The Canvases tab is another of your strategic workshops. Here, you can generate AI-driven business and marketing canvases. They use hundreds of business parameters to paint a complete picture of your marketing needs.
This includes tools for SWOT Analysis, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy, Customer Personas, Revenue Models, and much more.
It’s your digital whiteboard for visualizing strategies and models that move your business forward!
Recommended Tactics tab
In the Recommended Tactics tab, after you've filled out your statement, Digital First AI gets to work. From a selection of 🔗 370 step-by-step marketing tactics, it picks those that align with your business objectives.
For example, if your target is to engage local customers, expect to see tactics like community events or local SEO strategies!
Pick the ones that fit your strategy, add them to your funnel, and you’re set with a plan that’s tailored just for you.
Graphics tab
In the Graphics tab, you can leap straight into 🔗 the Graphics Creator to easily design AI-powered visuals for your campaign!
Say you’re writing a blog about eco-friendly initiatives; here, you can design impactful visuals such as a blog image for '10 Ways to Reduce Your Carbon Footprint'.
Overview tab
The Overview tab is where your campaign’s pulse is visible. Here, you can easily track your progress, with insights into how many tactics and activities you’ve completed.
You can also go to personalized recommendations for your next steps and there's a shortcut to the 🔗 Content Generator.
How to edit funnels
Looking to edit your funnel? It's easy to do, from changing its name to tweaking sharing options or updating the AI training data for even better strategies and canvases.
Open your funnel, hit "Funnel," then click on the three dots in the top-right. Choose "Edit" and make your adjustments.
