How to add users and create teams
Log in to your Digital First AI account
Navigate to Account Settings -> Teams
Here, you can start a new team or tweak an existing one. Curious about what teams can do? π See this article
Input the emails of future team members. You can add multiple users, using a comma to separate each:
Choose their roles:

Hit "Save team" or "Create team" depending on whether you're creating a new team or editing an existing one, to finalize your squad setup:
Now, an email invite is waiting for your new member in their Inbox

User permission levels in "Teams"
In 'Team Settings', user permissions let team members edit, remove, or add more people to a specific team in Digital First AI.
π©βπ¨ Think of a Creator as the team's organizer. They decide who joins or leaves and can change members' roles. Only a Creator can add or remove members and manage the team's settings. There can be multiple users with the creator role in a single team
π€A Member is part of the team but doesn't control it. They can't change the team or remove people, but they can leave if they want. They can work on projects, like editing funnels and tactics, if those projects are shared with them. They can also create their own teams
πββοΈ You're free to change user permissions whenever you like.
Remove team members or edit team permissions
Changing team dynamics? ποΈ We got you! If you need to remove someone from your team or edit their team role, follow these steps (remember, you need to have the "Creator" role):
First, log in to your Digital First AI account and navigate to "Team Settings":
Find the team to edit and click the three dots for options:
You can now either change permissions or remove a team member with the cross button:
Hit the 'Save team' button in the top-right corner to confirm your updates:
Email invites for new users
π You've added a team member to bring fresh ideas into the mix. Awesome move! An email invite is now in their inbox:
β Once a new member completes their setup, they'll join your Digital First AI account. They can then view and contribute to shared funnels and tacticsβand even start their own projects within your Digital First AI account.
